HMP is an advisory firm based in Katowice, Poland, combining tax advisors, attorneys-at-law and EU grants specialists in one team. We work for businesses across Poland - from owner-managed companies to groups with foreign shareholders - and we are happy to work in English.
Tax
We advise on corporate income tax, VAT and personal income tax, obtain individual tax rulings, and represent clients in tax audits and litigation before administrative courts. Our practice covers IP Box, the Estonian CIT regime, family foundations and transfer pricing. We also handle the R&D relief, mostly for projects we support on the grant side, analysing the work together with the client’s team and research institutions. HMP took first place in the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna ranking of tax advisory firms.
Legal
Our lawyers handle company law and corporate changes (including transformation of sole proprietorships into limited liability companies), commercial contracts, disputes and trademark protection. A partner is involved in every case.
EU grants
We assess your chances before the call opens, prepare the application with the business plan, and manage the project through to final settlement. Over PLN 20 million in grants secured for our clients since 2024. Current calls we support include the ARiMR grant for food processing (up to PLN 10 million, applications until 30 September 2026) and the BGK credit with a non-repayable premium for manufacturing dual-use products (FENG 2.33, applications from 29 October 2026).
